Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-07-19
AdSprint ("the app", "we", "us") is operated by Andrii Burda. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and your choices. Questions: support@adsprint.me.
1. What the app does
AdSprint produces an advertising performance analysis and recommendations for a business, based on that business's Google Ads and Google Analytics data. The analysis is generated for the operator and the client whose account is connected.
2. Data we collect
We collect:
- Information you provide: business details submitted through our form, such as store URL, business type, and contact information.
- Google account data, only if you connect an account and only with your explicit consent through Google's OAuth screen, using read-only scopes: Google Ads campaign, budget, cost, click, impression, and conversion data (adwords scope); and Google Analytics 4 landing-page metrics such as sessions, engaged sessions, users, key events, and revenue (analytics.readonly scope).
- Generated reports: the analysis output derived from the above.
- Basic technical data: standard server logs needed to operate and secure the service.
3. How we use data
We use the data solely to generate and display the advertising analysis and reports to you. We do not use it to serve advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it.
The Google scopes are used read-only. The app never creates, edits, pauses, or spends on campaigns, and never changes any Analytics configuration.
4. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)
AdSprint's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We only use Google user data to provide and improve the user-facing analysis features described here.
- We do not transfer or sell Google user data for advertising, or for any purpose other than those disclosed here.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data, except: with your explicit consent, where necessary for security (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
5. Storage and security
- Connection tokens: when you connect a Google account we store a refresh token to run the analysis on your behalf. It is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and never exposed to any browser.
- Analysis data: Google Ads and Analytics data pulled for a connected run is used transiently to produce the report and is not stored as raw data.
- Reports: generated report files are stored so you can access them later.
- Access is limited to the operator account behind authentication.
6. Retention and deletion
- You can revoke the app's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). Revoking makes the stored token unusable.
- Disconnecting a connection in the app deletes the stored token for that connection.
- To request deletion of your data, contact support@adsprint.me. We will delete stored tokens and reports associated with you, subject to any legal retention obligations.
7. Sharing and sub-processors
We do not sell your data. We use service providers strictly to operate the app, for example Clever Cloud (web app, API, and storage). Such providers process data only on our behalf.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise them, contact support@adsprint.me.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top.
