Terms of Service

1. The service

AdSprint analyzes Google Ads and Google Analytics data for a business and produces performance recommendations. The output is informational and does not guarantee any particular advertising result.

2. Accounts and connections

• You are responsible for the credentials and connections you use with the app.
• By connecting a Google account you confirm you are authorized to grant access to that account's Google Ads and Analytics data.
• Access is read-only. The app does not modify your Google Ads campaigns or Analytics settings.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to access data you are not authorized to access, disrupting the service, or using it to violate any law or Google's terms.

4. Data

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. Google data is used per the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

5. No warranty

The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Recommendations are generated automatically from the connected data and may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andrii Burda is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or ad spend, arising from your use of the app.

7. Termination

You may stop using the app and disconnect at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
